Security:

Bell's Best offers the ease and security of online purchasing through Virtual Cart®. This shopping cart system provides secure data encryption through SSL (Secured Socket Layers. ) Your personal information is encrypted when you submit your order over the internet. Furthermore, if you choose to pay by credit card online, your complete credit card number is not stored on the shopping cart server in order to prevent a hacker from obtaining your credit card number in the unlikely event that one should gain access to the shopping cart server. Order by postal mail, fax, or phone if you prefer.

Your personal information is not shared or sold for any purpose.

Payment:

Bell's Best accepts Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, money orders, COD, and purchase orders. You may pay online using a credit card, fax your order, or send your order and payment via Postal Mail. Payment by check may add processing time to your order.

Sales tax must be added for orders in Virginia.

Shipping:

Once placed, your order will be expeditiously processed by our staff and delivered to right your doorstep via United Parcel Service (UPS). Order processing normally takes two (2) days and UPS Ground service will typically deliver within five (5) business days. Sometimes, UPS even gets your order to you faster.

Shipping costs for UPS are added to your total based on weight and location. Your order will typically reflect this cost accurately during checkout; however, circumstances such as shipping to multiple addresses, bulk order peanuts, and overseas APO/FPO orders will have additional shipping costs that will not appear on your online Grand Total.

We send orders overseas to to APO/FPO addresses. Use "Priority Shipping" on your order form. All packages will be insured, which will add an additional $2-$4 that will NOT show up on the Grand Total on the order form.

We are happy to send your gift order to the recipient of your choice. Our order form allows you to choose a separate "Ship To" address and the shipping fee will be calculated. If you have multiple "Ship To" addresses in the same order, simply provide the name, address and items to be sent to each in the "Special Instructions/Comments..." section during checkout. Your shipping charges will be calculated and added to your total.
